An extraordinary renovation of a classic 1907 row house, this 1917 project by the San Francisco/Oslo based, globally-involved architecture firm Mork-Ulnes has just come on the market– a 4-bed, 2-bath condominium that’s been extensively published to much acclaim.

Preserving the street front in a historic neighborhood was paramount. To create a modern home, the architects replaced the traditionally dark heart of the structure with a luminous atrium and opened up the once-cramped attic, flooding the space with filtered light.
